I attended Experience event and honestly, it was very disappointing.

There was no proper management at all. No one knew what they were doing. It felt like a beginner organized the whole event.

The process was very slow and confusing. In almost 2 hours, they couldn’t even properly sell a single device. Only one person was handling everything while others just stood around.

They also took registrations, but when people arrived, there was no proper data available.

My case was even worse.

I registered within an hour of getting the email and even received confirmation. I also have screenshots. But when I reached the event, my details were missing.

This was clearly a mistake from their WhatsApp support side. My registration was never properly shared with the event team.

Because of this, I had to keep moving around the event, asking different people, and no one had any answer. It was frustrating and a complete waste of time.

At the end, I spoke to a “customer experience expert” and all I got was a simple apology.

But apology for what?

For wasting my time?
For poor management?
For bad service?

This is Samsung, a global brand, and this is the level of service they are giving?

Very disappointing 😔

میں Samsung Experience ایونٹ میں گیا اور سچ میں بہت مایوس ہوا 😔

کوئی proper management نہیں تھی، کسی کو نہیں پتا تھا کیا کرنا ہے۔ ایسا لگ رہا تھا جیسے کوئی inexperienced بندہ ایونٹ چلا رہا ہو۔

2 گھنٹوں میں ایک بھی device properly sell نہیں ہو سکا۔ صرف ایک بندہ سب کچھ handle کر رہا تھا اور باقی لوگ بے خبر تھے۔

میں نے وقت پر registration کی، confirmation بھی ملی اور screenshots بھی ہیں، لیکن وہاں جا کر پتا چلا کہ میرا data موجود ہی نہیں تھا۔

یہ واضح طور پر WhatsApp support کی غلطی تھی، انہوں نے میری details ٹیم تک پہنچائی ہی نہیں۔

پورے ایونٹ میں ادھر ادھر گھومتا رہا، کوئی proper جواب نہیں ملا۔ آخر میں صرف ایک “sorry” مل گئی۔

یہ Samsung ہے اور یہ ان کی service ہے؟
