Our Story

Go As If is a Creative Agency and Production Company offering consulting, branding, film and event production. We work with clients across a broad range of industry including the non-profit sector, arts + culture, research + technology, travel + hospitality and more.

Owner/Producer, Andrea Miller, was born to parents who immigrated to the United States from Cape Town, South Africa in the 1960's. Andrea’s interest in immigration narratives, and social activism has informed her grassroots community work and creative direction. It is themes such as multi-culturalism, global citizenry, and the search for true identity that influence her work.

Among many successful projects, highlights include producing 4 years of arts enrichment programming with Living Peace Foundation, 50+ installments of a community workshop series exploring Food Justice and Urban Gardening entitled Grow Where You Are, producing and curating 3 years of the One Peace Pop-Up Art Exhibit featuring emerging/established visual artists and producing multi-disciplinary concerts entitled Common Culture (2016) and Astral Progressions (2017) and The Feminine (2018) at Ford Theatres in Hollywood. In 2019, Go As If produced Valley Pride and Los Feliz Art & Food Festival for the Department of Cultural Affairs Los Angeles.

2019 brought with it more than 20 client projects that included Brand Development, Event Production, Art Direction, Graphic + Packaging Design and Film Content.
