So with the new Google update many of my clients in the SEO sector weren't penalized but rewarded! When you do White Hat SEO there is no need to be afraid of updates. When you pay someone from India $200 bucks to get you to the first page of Google then I would be scared for you. So many businesses have just dropped off the map. Don't let that be you.

Ruby on Rails is an amazing MVC framework and can do amazing things. That being said the average RoR project at a minimum starts at about 10k. A lot of people go on a website but don't understand the amount of time and knowledge that goes into creating beautiful & dynamic websites. Yes these days you will find a large number of people that will create you a quick website on Wordpress for $300 but when it gets into the real heavy stuff... RoR, Fullstack...welp. Good luck finding anything less than $10,000... So before you rush to hire find out exactly what you want and research it!

Listen...if you know you need the web for traffic and conversions/sales/business/ DO NOT I repeat DO NOT try to cheap out and get some back alley SEO guy to do your internet marketing because it WILL HURT YOU later on. Just suck it up and invest the money into someone who isn't going to get you with so many bad backlinks!
