Before we clean out our guts, closets, and timelines for the new year… let’s warm up the body first. ✨
You all jnow that many of us spend the day sitting, scrolling, and stressing that we forget the simplest thing and easy thing to do is just stretch.
Almost 1 in 3 adults living on earth doesn’t get enough daily movement at all. 
A few minutes of gentle stretching in the morning can:
• Wake up your joints
• Boost circulation and energy
• Help your muscles move with you instead of against you 
And a short stretch session in the evening helps release tension, lower stress, and even support better sleep….so you’re not taking yesterday’s tightness into tomorrow. 
Bonus: movement breaks and little “stretch moments” during the day have been linked to better mood, focus, and productivity. Your brain works better when your body gets to move. 
Moral of the story? You only get one body. Might as well move it around now before it reminds you that you didn’t. 😅
