Life lately 🫶

Kicking things off this year with a BANG! We hosted our first ever all-hands-on-deck Brand Training with our team getting laser focused on this years vision and **how** were going to make it happen.

Last week we posted the first video showing off the new castle we’re renovating and WHOA did the video get some attention.

Today, we started our renovation — and will be working on it for the next few months as we make this home our own. It’s going to be EPIC and one of the biggest projects we’ve worked on.

Safe to say that this year we are COOKING these ideas into existence — and we’re just getting started.

Two years ago, if you would’ve described the last 30 days to me, I wouldn’t have believed it was possible.

We’re traveling through Italy, managing our team from 5000 away, and honestly, this engine is firing in all cylinders.

Things that I put in place are ACTUALLY working.

My team. My ideas. Our students.

Leaving “real life” for 30+ days like this has become and I’s ultimate reset button in life. We do it when we need clarity, we do it when we are about to break down; and when we want to celebrate. It allows us to break free from the day to day thought congestion of running a multi million dollar brand and managing what “normal” is.

And holly s**t am I excited to come back. I’m ready to reinvent myself in 2024. As a consultant, as a team leader, and as a writer.

Thank you to everyone who’s been here since day one. To my clients in the past, present, and future. We’re just getting started, baby.

I feel the rebirth of the brand coming. And this time, it’ll be better than I could have ever imagined it.
