Congratulations to client Rittersbacher Sunset LLC on the sale of the former West Hollywood Standard Hotel to legendary hotelier Ian Schrager and his partner Ed Scheetz. It was a battle over historic landmarking, billboard wars, and a bunch of other stuff. Kudos to the buyer and seller sticking to getting the deal done for the reported $112.5 million.
