This protein packed, low-carb recipe is easy to make, and the perfect light snack to fuel you for your busy summer! ☀️🥬
Directions:
1. On medium heat, cook the ground chicken in a skillet until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
2. Add in the regular onions, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Add in the water chestnuts and green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Load the filling into the lettuce and enjoy!
