Be a Lion that Roars is at the Silicon Valley Fall Fest with Cupertino Cupertino De Anza Lions Club all day assisting tge club with free health screenings.

Today’s goals are:
1) 50 conversations about Lions Vision projects
2) Recruit 10 new volunteers
3) Walk 10,000 steps networking with others

Did you know… Key CDC Diabetes Facts:
1) Undiagnosed: 11 million adults are undiagnosed.
2) Older Adults: Prevalence reaches 28.8% in people aged 65 and older.
3) 115.2 million U.S. adults live with pre-diabetes, and 8 in 10 do not know they have it.

Cupertino De Anza Lions Club will have qualified volunteers on-hand providing free health screenings for Vision, Hearing, Blood Pressure and Diabetes at the Silicon Valley Fall Fest Saturday, September 12, from 10am-5pm in Cupertino Memorial Park. Be sure to stop by and say hello.

Free vision screening test on Saturday at the Silicon Valley Fall Festival

How’s your child’s vision? Did you know… More than 1 in 4 school-age children suffer from a vision disorder and 61% of children who have a detected eye problem never see a doctor or get treatment.

Cupertino De Anza Lions Club will be providing free vision health tests at the Silicon Valley Fall Fest in Cupertino Memorial Park on Saturday, September 12th from 10am-5pm. The noninvasive vision health screening test process only takes a minute.

Lions are extremely passionate about our numerous vision projects. Get involved! Giving the gift of sight is an impactful experience...

Lions Club Volunteers will be on hand at the festival to screen for Vision, Hearing, Blood Pressure and Diabetes. Bring a friend, neighbor or family member that needs to know more about their health.

Did you know??? A key childhood hearing statistic shows 15% of children and adolescence have a hearing loss in at least one ear. Cupertino De Anza Lions Club will be providing free hearing tests at the Silicon Valley Fall Festival at Memorial Park in Cupertino on Saturday, September 12th from 10am-5pm. Be sure to come by and say hello.

We serve! Cupertino De Anza Lions Club is both excited and grateful to provide free health screenings at the Silicon Valley Fall Festival. Sending a special thank you to Cupertino Rotary and the city of Cupertino for producing this event.
