Digital Press Operator (First Shift)
Full-Time | Day Shift
We are a full-service commercial print shop seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in high-quality work and enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment—without the need for late nights or weekend shifts.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, First Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
No nights or weekends!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain digital printing equipment (HP Indigo experience a plus)
Review job specifications and ensure accurate setup for each project
Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Work closely with prepress and finishing teams to meet deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating digital presses preferred
Strong attention to detail and color quality
Ability to manage multiple jobs in a deadline-driven environment
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Must be able and willing to work in both of our production locations (Ashland and Loudonville)
