🌊 Star Princess Day 3 Vlog is NOW LIVE! 🌊

Join Matt & Staci for another full, action-packed day aboard the brand new Star Princess!

We kicked it off with delicious room service breakfast in the cabin, demolished an EPIC lunch buffet at the Americana Diner (tons of grilled meats, salads, pastas, burgers & desserts), went ashore in beautiful Roatan, Honduras, grabbed soft-serve ice cream, caught an amazing live music + Chinese acrobatics show in the Piazza, and feasted during Churrasco night dinner.

We also review the grab-and-go food, drink machines, and give you a closer look at our cabin before sail-away and our day recap.

🚨 We’re back in Gatlinburg and the historic Log Cabin Pancake House did NOT disappoint! 🪵🥞

This beloved spot is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026 with new owners (same amazing staff & recipes) and a beautiful refresh. We went all in on the Loaded Meat Lovers Omelette (9.5/10 — loaded with sausage, bacon & ham!) and their famous Royale Sauce on the pancakes… sweet, tangy, cream-cheese syrup that we are now obsessed with 😂

Also tried the cornbread pancakes (our waitress’s favorite) and whole wheat pancakes. Mountain views, free parking, and that classic log cabin charm — it’s still a must-visit breakfast spot!
