Please help us welcome Art Director Aaron Mivelaz to the INgrid team.

Aaron officially joins us after years of building creative work across different brands and industries, bringing a sharp design eye, collaborative mindset, and the kind of energy that makes creative teams stronger.

Outside of work, Aaron is a husband, dad of three, and deeply committed family guy. Whether it’s zoo trips, movie nights, vacations, or simply making memories together, family time is a huge part of who he is.

He’s also a massive sports fan who loves cheering on the Louisville Cardinals and spending time with friends playing beach volleyball, bowling, putt-putt, video games, and game nights. Derby season is a favorite time of year, with annual traditions that include opening night at Churchill Downs, Kentucky Oaks, and Derby celebrations with family and friends.

Aaron fully embraces fall season energy. Halloween is his favorite holiday (not the only reason we hired him, but a full 10 points for this). Trips to Huber’s for pumpkin patches, tractor rides, and fall drinks have also become a yearly tradition.

A few things you should know about Aaron:

• He owns more than 100 hats, many collected from places he’s traveled
• He can recite the alphabet backward
• He’s a big Marvel and Pixar fan
• He does not fit the “designer runs on coffee” stereotype and proudly starts the day with an energy drink instead

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedoms.

We are grateful for their service and mindful of the families who carry that sacrifice every day.

Please help us welcome Account Executive Leah Halfacre to our team.

Leah brings a strong history of leading client accounts along with extensive experience in media planning and campaign ex*****on.

She loves the variety of agency life, learning about new clients and tech platforms, and putting the puzzle pieces together to build a successful campaign. She also appreciates creativity in all forms, even when it shows up inside an Excel sheet. :)

Outside of work, Leah loves spending time with friends and family, especially her son and daughter. She also enjoys attending volleyball tournaments, going to concerts, and spending time anywhere near the water, whether that’s a lake, pool or beach.

A few important Leah facts: her favorite vacation spot is anywhere with a beach, her least favorite food is mushrooms — gross — and she once took a flying trapeze class and successfully completed a mid-air catch.

And yes, our office dog has already earned a special place in her heart.

We’re excited to have her on the team!

This morning, we had the chance to attend the Design Collective at Indiana University Southeast and spend time with graduating seniors showcasing their work.

Huge congratulations to all of the students who presented today. The future of design is in good hands.

Her groundbreaking moment is a powerful reminder to every Girl Scout: leadership has no limits. Don’t be afraid to be the first. ✨💚

We gave the front stoop a little glow-up ahead of Derby season with some bright pops of color, all thanks to Monkey Grass Lawn & Landscaping .

This one really lifted our spirits.

We concepted, built, and shot the entire thing in-house for HI-FLOAT Balloon Treatment , which gave us the freedom to push it in a fun, unexpected direction. We also partnered with renowned balloon artist Balloons of Pure Awesomeness by Anthony The Balloon Kid to bring an extra layer of creativity (and air) into the mix.

Sometimes the best work comes together when you keep it close, trust the process, and let things float a little.
