American Printing House (APH) is the world’s largest nonprofit organization creating accessible learning for people who are blind and low-vision. The Dot Experience is the public facing, immersive exhibition space of APH, designed to be the most inclusive museum in the world. Our work on The Dot Experience website pushed us beyond assumptions about accessibility and into lived experience. We observed how people with different needs and technology navigate digital spaces, redefined our benchmark of accessibility, and saw firsthand where websites, especially big national brands, create unnecessary barriers. We’re proud to share the work we’ve done in collaboration with Thrive By 5 Louisville, a nonprofit improving early childhood education in our city. When children attend a high-quality program, they’re better equipped for school, parents can get back to work, and our community thrives. We’re proud to share the work we’ve done in collaboration with Partners in Diversity. Based in Portland Oregon, PiD works to better equip both employees and employers with a diverse professional network, and offer the resources and education to support it. By equipping them with a new brand and website we were able to help them expand that footprint and better serve those they’re already connected with.

St. Joseph Children’s Home has provided a safe and loving home to over 75,000 children since 1849. The nonprofit organization has evolved over the years and is no longer home to orphans, but to children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect. In addition, they connect children to families through foster care and adoption, provide trauma-informed therapy, and high quality childcare.

We worked with the St. Joe’s team to design and develop a new website and photography that prioritizes information based on audiences and elevates their kid-friendly brand to match the sophistication and quality of the services they provide.
