We handle the reputation management and customer nurture systems for Miso's Game Room. We make sure that systems are in place to ensure every customer gets followed up with by Chris and his team. But here's the thing people miss about what we do...

None of it works if the experience isn't there.

You can send all the review requests in the world. If the product is mediocre and the staff doesn't care, people either ignore it or leave you something negative. There's no automation on earth that manufactures 2,000 perfect reviews. Zero.

That's all Chris. That's his team showing up every single day, building a store that people genuinely love walking into. A place where collectors, gamers, families, kids, and everyone in between all feel like they belong. He created something special in that building and the reviews are just the scoreboard.

We're proud to play a small role on the back end. But Chris earned every single one of those stars. What started as just an idea has turned into an undeniable staple in the community.
