At one point, David talked about being at a business opportunity meeting and noticing a guy pull up in a very fancy car. A lot of businesses are either not automating at all or they have gone so far that no one actually wants to use the system. What usually works best sits somewhere in the middle. When onboarding feels smooth, follow up feels thoughtful, and growth happens naturally, everything else gets easier to support. Focusing on what truly matters tends to simplify more than adding anything new.

Mobile optimization used to feel way more complicated than it needed to be. Small spacing or font changes could turn into extra work fast. Some of the recent improvements in GHL have made it easier to let those adjustments live where they belong. It makes building for mobile feel a lot more doable.
