Alright everyone, gird your loins! We’re all thinking about Derby week right now, but don’t you know there is another massive event happening on the first weekend in May?

That’s right, Miranda Priestly and the gang are back and we want to make a girls night of it! So grab your HOC buddies or friends, sisters, moms, coworkers and meet us to watch together! Dressing the part is completely optional. If you’re like us (ok, me) you’ll be tired of dressing up after Derby week. Wearing your best red lip, however, is strongly encouraged 😀

All you need to do is go to our booking pages under Special Events and let us know you’re coming, then buy your tickets separately and meet us in the theatre! In the listing (slide2) is a link to the show. May 11th at 7:30p at the Cinemark Movie Theatre in St. Matthews.

I used to think one’s body proportions would change when someone lost or gained a lot of weight. My journey has taught me how wrong I was.

I had my style analysis in 2022 after my second baby. I needed a pick me up because I had gained over 40 lbs during the three years I had been pregnant and breastfeeding. “I guess I should learn to dress this body” was my thought. That session sparked new ideas in me that I’d never addressed before. It ultimately led me on the path to become a consultant.

Fast forward 3 years. That 40 lbs is finally gone and I feel athletic and healthy. But you know what? Those tips I learned about how to dress my body and proportions in that class in 2022 with are still the guidelines I use daily.

Don’t wait until you lose that weight to feel fantastic. What you learn in our Color and Style Classes are tools you take with you throughout your life.

Think knowing your colors isn’t important when planning your headshots or photos? Think again! These photos were taken just 4 years (and two babies) apart. The left is when I self diagnosed myself as a after reading Color Me Beautiful. The right is me in my colors. The world (and business) is so much more colorful when we embrace our best colors and personal style. Getting ready for a brand shoot? DM me!
