BUZZ Advertising is looking for a talented media coordinator for our growing advertising agency. Your role as a media coordinator would be to oversee the ex*****on of marketing and advertising campaigns for various broadcast, digital, and media outlets. You would also be responsible for maintaining a strong online presence for our company. You would essentially become the voice for the advertising agency by implementing online marketing strategies through various social media channels. As media coordinator, you will also help to develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract new customers to our agency.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between multiple agency accounts and media outlets
Manage and file client orders, contracts and co-op documentation
Act as front office gatekeeper, answering all calls and assisting clients as needed
Assist in client invoicing and filing
Communicate directly with our agency’s various media partners
Coordinate and implement media plans for our clients
Oversee social media accounts’ layout
Design social media posts to include engaging text, images and video content to engage new client curiosity and create new buzz
Monitor web traffic/posts and facilitate online conversations
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Requirements:
Must be organized and punctual
Excellent communication skills
Need to be able to multitask and have analytical skills
Familiarity with various media outlets, i.e., TV, Radio, Print, Social Media, etc.
Knowledgeable of online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field preferred
