He had 15 years in roofing.

Great crew. Real reviews.

And a calendar that went dead every other week.

I talked to this contractor in Northwest Indiana last month.

Solid business.
Great reputation.
Been doing this longer than most of his competitors have been licensed.

He told me: "By the time I see a DM, they've already called someone else." That's not a leads problem.

That's a speed problem.

Harvard Business Review says businesses that respond within 5 minutes are 9x more likely to close the lead.

His average response time was 4 hours — because he was on the roof.

Doing the work. Like every other owner I talk to.

Here's what we built in 14 days: → 9 ad videos — hooks that stopped the scroll, body content that built trust, CTAs that drove comments → Comment trigger — viewer comments a keyword, GHL fires a DM in seconds.

Not hours.

Seconds. → 5-touch DM nurture — automated sequence warms the lead without a single manual reply → Voice AI — called warm leads who hadn't booked yet, 24/7, while he was on the job → Convo AI — qualified every incoming lead and dropped a booking link before he touched his phone 30 days later: calendar booked 3 weeks out.

Not because he got more leads.

Because the machine stopped losing the ones he already had.

The machine moves faster than any human can.

That's the point.

DM me the word 'TRAFFIC' and I'll send you the free Meta Traffic Playbook — the exact system map we built for him.

No call. No pitch. Just the map.

3 customers to 78 in 14 days — not because they outworked the competition.

Because they finally had a SYSTEM that worked for them.

If your leads are going cold, your calendar is inconsistent, or you're grinding hard without the revenue to show for it — this is for you.

The difference between operators who scale and those who stay stuck isn't talent.

It's infrastructure.

Drop "PLAYBOOK" in my DMs and I'll send you the free playbook that breaks down the exact AI-powered system behind results like this.

3 customers to 78 in 14 days. No cold calls.

That's what happened when a pet waste removal company in Crown Point, Indiana stopped relying on word of mouth — and let AI do the heavy lifting.

Before? Owner grinding every day. Posting manually. Chasing leads. Following up by hand. One good month, two slow ones.

Sound familiar?

After? The system kicked in.

60-second lead response. Automated.
Follow-up sequences that never quit. Automated.
A CRM that remembered every single prospect. Automatically.

78 new customers. $7K in new monthly revenue. 14 days.

Man, I see this pattern every single week.

Business owners working 60-hour weeks — posting content that gets ignored, chasing leads that go cold, wondering why the calendar never stays full.

Here's the thing: it's not a hustle problem.

It's a SYSTEM problem.

When you've got AI responding to every new lead before your competition even wakes up — when you've got automations following up 5, 8, 12 times while you sleep — the results don't just get better.

They compound.

You stop chasing. You start closing.

If you want to see the exact playbook that turned 3 customers into 78 in 14 days — drop ""PLAYBOOK"" in the comments.

I'll send it to you free.

You don't have a lead problem, man.

You have a response problem.

And it's costing you more than you think.

Here's the thing — I've seen it in 11 different industries now. Scooper companies, consultants, tree services, barbecue caterers, real estate. Same story every time.

The owner swears he needs more leads.

I pull the data. The leads are already there.

They're just rotting in the inbox for 3, 6, 12 hours before anyone responds. By then the lead's already booked with a competitor who answered in 60 seconds.

Here's the stat that should ruin your morning: connecting with a lead inside the first 60 seconds gives you a 380% higher close rate than waiting an hour. Not 38%. Three hundred and eighty.

Your ads aren't broken. Your offer isn't broken. Your funnel isn't broken.

Your reply window is.

Region Scoopers fixed exactly that one thing — installed a speed-to-lead engine that answers inside 60 seconds via text, email, and voice before a human ever touches the keyboard. 14 days later they had 78 new customers and $7K a month in new MRR.

Same traffic. Same offer. Same ad spend. Different response time.

Stop buying more leads. Start answering the ones you already have.

I wrote the full playbook on exactly how to install this in your business — it's free.

Every business runs on 3 systems. Most owners have zero of them dialed in.

Here's the breakdown:

LEAD FLOW — How leads find you. Are they coming in consistently, or does your pipeline depend on whether you posted this week? Do you have a system that generates leads while you sleep — or is it all on you?

SALES ENGINE — How you close deals.

Do you have a proven framework, or do you wing every call?
When someone says "I need to think about it," do you have a response — or do you say "no problem" and never follow up?

SCALE SYSTEMS — Can your business run without you? I

f you took 2 weeks off, would leads still come in?
Would follow-up still happen?
Would calls still get booked?

If you're honest with yourself — you know which ones are broken.

The AI Clarity Audit scores you across all three.

12 questions. 3 minutes.

And at the end, you get a personalized report that tells you:
→ Your business archetype (The Manual Grinder, The Inconsistent Closer, The Overbuilt Underperformer, or The Scale-Ready Operator)
→ Your blind spots
→ The ONE thing to fix first

I was up at 3 AM last night debugging an AI voice agent for a client.

My son Roman was asleep in the next room. Savannah had crashed around midnight.

And I'm sitting in the dark with three monitors learning Claude cowork & code.

It’s not glamorous, and not gonn lie, it sucked. but it’s real. it’s the thing people know they need to do, yet don’t do it.

But here's what I want you to know.

The AI sales systems I build?

Every single day. My own AI powered CRM runs on the same automations I build for clients.

My own AI employees — Jarvis for DMs, Alyssa for voice, handle my pipeline while I sleep.

When they break, I fix them. When they work, my calendar fills itself.

$3 million is sales closed by my client, not because I handed them a playbook and said "good luck."

They got those results because I built the exact sales system I use to run my own business — and I installed it in theirs.

That's the difference between hiring a consultant who teaches frameworks and hiring someone who eats their own cooking every night at 3 AM.

Want to stand out and land more clients in your coaching or consulting business? It all starts with making your audience feel genuinely understood.

Too often, service providers blast out generic content that fails to resonate. But here’s what actually works: people don’t buy from a pitch—they buy from someone who truly gets their struggles.

Every time you send a DM, share a post, or engage with your audience, ask yourself: are you speaking directly to their pain points? Are you showing that you really know what it’s like to lose leads, scramble for new business, or juggle endless client needs? True connection is built on empathy—and empathy is what wins trust (and sales).

Don’t let your message get lost in the noise. Lead with understanding, and your audience will feel like you’re speaking only to them.

Ready to take it further? DM me the word “FRAMEWORK” to get the proper content framework.

11 Things Top Closers Do That Average Salespeople Don't (Most Won't Do #6)

I've been in rooms with people who close 40-50% of everything they touch.

They don't have a secret script. They don't have magic words.

They do these 11 things EVERY. SINGLE. CALL:

1. Close at the beginning — They set the frame from the first sentence. The close starts when the call starts.

2. Start off strong — They lead with value, not small talk. The prospect knows within 60 seconds this person is different.

3. Bring insight at the beginning — They share something the prospect didn't know. Immediate credibility.

4. Understand them better than the competition — They ask deeper questions. Not ""what do you need?"" but ""why hasn't this been solved yet?""

5. Spontaneous questions win — When the prospect says something interesting: ""Tell me more about that..."" ""Why do you say that?"" ""How do you mean?"" These unscripted moments build the deepest trust.

6. Act like Columbo — Genuinely curious. Not performing. Not pitching. Just... curious. This is the one most people won't do because it requires you to actually CARE.

7. Solve their challenges with proof — ""We had a client in the exact same situation. Here's what happened..."" Problem → Solution → Outcome. Every time.

8. Focus ONLY on challenges they share — Stop pitching features they didn't ask about.

9. Engage in real dialogue — Back and forth. Not a monologue. Not a presentation. A conversation.

10. Ask more questions than you make statements — The best closers talk LESS than the prospect.

11. Take the temperature — Throughout the call: Are they cold, warm, or hot? Adjust accordingly.

Print this list. Score yourself after your next 5 calls. Identify your 3 weakest areas. Drill those until they're muscle memory.

That's how you go from average to elite.

Comment 'CLOSERS' if you're thought and ready to start doing. I'll DM you.

You cant afford sales training? That's exactly what someone who can't sell would say.

Read that again. Slowly.

"I don't have the money" is not a financial statement. It's a SKILLS statement.

You don't have the money BECAUSE you don't have the ability to generate it at will. And the ability to generate money at will is called SELLING.

So the thing you're saying you can't afford is the exact thing that would eliminate the problem of not being able to afford things.

Let that sink in.

This is like saying:
"I can't afford a gym membership" while spending $200/month on fast food that's making you sick.
"I don't have time to read" while averaging 4 hours of screen time per day.
"I can't invest in myself" while paying $300/month in subscriptions you don't use.

The money isn't the issue. The PRIORITY is the issue.

Meet Marcus. Insurance agent. $2,100/month. Bills stacking up. Told me word for word: "I just don't have the money right now."

I asked him: "How much is NOT having sales skills costing you every month?"

He went silent.

He invested. Credit card. Uncomfortable? Yes. But he made a DECISION.

→ Month 1: $8,400 (4x his previous average)
→ Month 2: $11,200
→ Month 3: $14,200 — his biggest month in his career

The "I don't have the money" objection was costing him $12,000/month.

The investment was temporary. The skill is PERMANENT.

Every month you wait is another month of lost revenue, blown opportunities, and prospects who said "let me think about it" and never came back.

You're not spending money on sales training. You're investing in the one skill that produces ALL other money.

Stop asking "Can I afford this?"
Start asking "Can I afford another year without this skill?"

Because selling is the key to life. And life is very expensive when you can't sell.

DM me 'INVEST' — let's talk about what a 90-day transformation would look like for you.

03/07/2026

80% of deals close between the 5th and 12th contact.

But 48% of salespeople never follow up once.

That stat doesn't just apply to sales. It applies to EVERYTHING.

The person who follows up on the job application gets hired.
The entrepreneur who follows up with the investor gets funded.
The friend who follows up after the hard conversation saves the relationship.
The parent who follows up on the life lesson raises resilient kids.

Follow-up isn't pushy. Follow-up is proof that you care more than the other person's resistance.

Here's the system I teach — and it works in every area of life:

DAY 1: Personalized touchpoint. ""Hey, really enjoyed our conversation. Here's something I thought you'd find helpful."" (Value first. Always value first.)

DAY 3: Send proof. A testimonial. A case study. A relevant article. Something that builds certainty without asking for anything.

DAY 5-7: The temperature check. ""On a scale of 1-10, where are you at?"" — This works with prospects, team members, and anyone you're trying to move forward.

DAY 10: Create gentle urgency. ""I have 2 spots opening up / this offer expires / I wanted to reach out before I move on.""

DAY 14: The graceful close. ""This'll be my last reach out on this. If it ever becomes a priority, you know where to find me."" — This one gets the most responses. In sales AND in life.

THE RULES:
→ Rotate mediums: call, text, email. Never the same channel twice in a row.
→ Every touchpoint delivers VALUE — never ""just checking in.""
→ Persistent ≠ desperate. Persistent = caring enough to stay present.

The fortune is in the follow-up — not because it's a sales tactic, but because the people who keep showing up when others quit are the ones who build lasting relationships, close big deals, and earn deep trust.

Your follow-up game IS your life game.

The person who quits after one attempt is the person who quits in everything.

Don't be that person.
