Position: Executive Photo Editor
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Roster-Based (Morning & Evening)
Location: Sector 10, Uttara, Dhaka

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced photo editing, including complex shadow creation, masking, and high quality retouching.
Handle editing tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Guide junior editors to maintain consistent output quality
Inspect images to ensure they meet the expected quality and deadline
Implement feedback from clients and senior management effectively
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow

🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photo editing Expertise in complex shadow work, masking techniques, and detailed retouching
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and pen tool-based editing
Expertise in Adobe Lightroom is an added advantage
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines with consistency
Minimum education: H.S.C or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program
Willingness to work on government holidays as per labor law
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Must be reliable and consistent in performance

🔹 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills)
Meals & Refreshments:
-Breakfast is provided during the morning shift
-Evening snacks are provided during the evening shift
-Tea/coffee available during both shifts
Weekly Holiday: Sunday/Monday (Based on shift)
Bonuses:
-Monthly attendance bonus (if eligible)
-Two Eid bonuses (50% of gross salary for each Eid)
-Night allowance is applicable when working at night due to urgent delivery or work pressure
