Responsibilities:

*Operate embroidery machines to execute designs with precision and efficiency.
*Interpret design specifications and ensure accurate replication in embroidery.
*Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
*Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
*Assist in the digitization of designs using embroidery software (e.g., Wilcom, Hatch).

Requirements:

*Proven experience in operating embroidery machines and handling various fabrics.
*Proficiency in embroidery software for design digitization.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to replicate designs accurately.
*Excellent time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
*Team player with good communication skills.
