We are seeking phone Sales Representatives for our southeast territories! We are looking for candidates who can provide excellent customer service and work cooperatively on a marketing team environment and independently. This role will be fully remote NO travel will be required. You will work alongside a seasoned RRR to learn the business and help grow the territory. We are seeking someone with a home base in the United States.
Job Duties:
Make cold calls Provide excellent client support by answering questions, providing information, and addressing complaints; find solutions and ensure client satisfaction with our products and service; build and maintain relationships with customers through open, honest, and interactive communication
Maintain and grow accounts in assigned area; to manage accounts and maintain relationships; schedule online meetings with prospective clients
Promptly answer all client questions; navigate client problems and issues, work with client to design their digital ecosystem.
Work with RR to provide excellent client service and close deals
Take detailed notes from client sales calls and submit to RR daily
Conduct post- follow up in the form of phone calls, quotes, and other client interactions
Compile packets, quotes and presentations for client meetings,
