As the old saying goes, all good things must come to an end. It is my honor and privilege to announce to you that Scott Wilson, co-founder, and namesake of Wilson/Rogers & Associates, has decided to retire from active daily participation in the organization at the conclusion of 2023 after 42+ years of unrivaled passion and dedicated service to the NAHAD and Petroleum Equipment Industries, his Principal Manufacturers, and their Channel Partners.

Having met Scott when I was just nine years old, I, like many of you, have had the opportunity to watch and learn from the “Gold Standard” of independent agents in our business. His leadership, wealth of knowledge and unwavering commitment to excellence have set the standard for professionalism in our industry. His mentorship to those he encountered along the way has been invaluable, shaping the careers of countless individuals and contributing to the success of their respective organizations.

As we bid farewell to Scott on a professional level, let us take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude for his tireless dedication and outstanding contributions. Scott will always be a part of the Wilson/Rogers family and, I suspect, many of yours as well.

Please join me in extending our warmest wishes to Scott as he embarks on this new chapter of life. His presence will be missed, but his legacy will undoubtedly live on in the hearts and minds of all those who have had the pleasure of working with him.
