Hi everyone! 👋 We’re Southern Stitches, and we’re here to bring your ideas to life!
We wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your continued support and to share a few updates about how we operate.
Southern Stitches is proudly run after hours—outside of our full-time Monday–Friday jobs. This means we typically work in the evenings throughout the week and sometimes on weekends. However, we value our downtime to recharge and spend time with our families, so weekend availability is VERY limited.
📩 Messages & Response Time:
We see and appreciate all your messages! However, since we're not always in the shop on weekends, responses may be delayed until the following week to ensure we don’t miss anything.
🕒 Turnaround Time:
Most orders are completed within 2 weeks—sometimes sooner if our schedule allows.
⚡ Rush Orders:
If you need your order quicker than the standard timeframe, we do offer a $30 rush fee, depending on the size of the order. Larger orders may require a higher rush fee.
🎨 Custom Design Requests:
Fully custom designs require a $25 design fee, which must be paid before we begin working on your design.
💳 Payment Policy Update:
Due to previous order issues, payment is now required before we begin work on any custom or printed items. Once your invoice is paid, we’ll get started on your order!
