I don’t know about you, but oof… life has been heavy lately.

When things start to feel like too much, I keep coming back to neurographic art. It’s a simple, meditative drawing practice that helps move stress out of the body and onto the page. Nothing fancy. No “right” way. Just a place to pause, breathe, and let your mind settle for a bit.
And honestly? That’s why I decided to offer a workshop around this practice in a couple of weeks. A small, cozy space to slow down, draw together, and give our nervous systems a little care.
