Oh, how I love watching families grow! ❤️

I photographed Amber and Brandon early in my photography journey, and I’ll never forget their session! We met around 9 AM, with dew still on the ground. I didn't realize Brandon didn't live local and had to drive all the way from Northern Virginia that morning.

They fell in love and a few years later I had the joy of photographing Amber in her beautiful bridal gown. That’s also when I discovered I had worked with her Nana when I was in high school! I've recently photographed her nephews as newborns.
And now, these two have made the journey from Northern Virginia once again, but this time for their very own newborn photo session! 💕

We captured so many fun photos during their session - I have included their whimsical jungle theme for now. 🌿🐘🦒

What a blessing to capture so many special moments for this family over the years. Congratulations, Brandon and Amber, on your precious new addition! ❤️

Oh, this sweet girl! 💕 What a joy to celebrate not only this little one’s FIRST birthday, but also just how far she's come this year!
One of the sweetest moments was when she surprised us with an incredible little milestone...sitting up completely on her own for the very first time during her session! I was so blessed to capture this special moment! ❤️
Her great aunt gave her the sweetest little shirt that read, "Let Me Tell You About My Jesus," so naturally, we had to give her a little audience! She sat down with our teddy bear for a heart-to-heart about Jesus. (Notice her little hand ).❤️
Then, after cake and a little bath time, she had another very serious conversation - this time with Dudley the Duck! Apparently, they had a few things to quack about! 🐥😂 I sure wish I knew what they were discussing! Happy FIRST Birthday, beautiful girl! What a blessing you are! 💕🎂

This sweet little Pooh was absolutely precious for his newborn session and a beautiful addition to this sweet family! From engagement to wedding and now both babies as newborns, I’ve loved watching their story grow and capturing these precious moments along the way! 🍯🤎

Senior year. Friday night lights. One last season.

I loved creating these senior football banners for the Amherst County Lancers and celebrating the players who are stepping onto their home field for their final season.

Tonight is the first home game — seniors, soak up every minute of it. These are the nights you’ll remember.
