The Friends of Pheasant Branch Conservancy is a non-profit organization based in Middleton, WI, that helps restore, protect, and promote the Conservancy.

For more than 25 years, Susanne has been a driving force behind Pilch+Barnet, with her ability to see the big picture, find new opportunities and turn great ideas into reality. But what we love most about Susanne can’t be summed up on a résumé. She is all heart. She genuinely cares about the people around her, leads with compassion and always makes time to listen, encourage and help others succeed.

Here's a snapshot from The Great River Road Summer Showcase Virtual Meeting last month, organized by Pilch+Barnet. The online forum brought together Interpretive Center staff and tourism partners from across the 10-state Great River Road corridor for a fast-paced virtual showcase highlighting summer events, exhibits, new visitor experiences and creative ideas happening along the route. Last fall we began collaborating with Urban Triage, a non-profit helping homeless here in Madison, in an effort to spread the word about the important work they do in our area. In the last 11 months, we've helped secure 𝟰𝟳 media mentions, across television, radio, podcast, online and print platforms, amplifying their vital work in our community. Looking for more visibility? Our Content Director, Alan, just wrapped up a week-long tour through Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois, introducing a group of travel writers from India to the beauty, culture and attractions of the northern Great River Road states.
