The beginnings of Crown City Screen Printing formed in 2012 as a hobby and a way to help friends in local bands by creating shirts they could sell at shows. I spent months researching the process and techniques before building a small wooden printing press from plans I had found online and cured the ink on my first shirts in a home oven. It wasn't too long before word got out and I started getting

a lot of requests to create shirts for different events and knew it was time to upgrade my equipment, take some classes and become a legitimate business. In 2013, I enrolled in a Graphic Design program and officially launched Crown City Screen Printing as a business; taking orders on a part time basis while printing shirts during the day and attending classes at night. I've relied on word of mouth advertising to grow and work hard to bring in new clients and put out a great product. Providing great service and a high quality product continue to be the things that I'm the most proud of.
