For Chase Bank LLC accounts:
Member-managed LLC: All members must be present.
Manager-managed LLC: All managers must be present.
If a member or manager is another business, its authorized representative must also attend.
Authorized signers should attend account opening or be pre-authorized, subject to the bank's requirements.
