What shoes do y'all wear if you're on your feet all day?

I spent about 12 hours in the garage yesterday printing shirts and by 11 PM I could barely stand. I've got rugs over the concrete floor, but apparently that's not enough anymore.

To be fair, I was barefoot most of the day, so maybe that's part of the problem. 😂

What are your favorite "work all day without regretting your life choices" shoes?
