Built in 1896. Still full of stories. 🏡

Behind the scenes from content day with Michelle at this beautiful Victorian home in Auburn, Maine.

When I create real estate content, I look for the details that make you pause the character, the light, the little corners that help you imagine a life here.

Michelle, thank you for trusting me to help capture this home’s story. Grateful for the work, the connection, and the moments we get to create together.

My brain said, “Go clean something.” I picked up a paintbrush instead. 😂🎨

As a mom, there’s always something else to do. But this time, I gave myself a little time to slow down and create.

My first DIY wood sign kit from Pinecrest Creations USA had everything I needed, with easy instructions to follow. And when I finished? I was so proud “I actually made this!” 🥹🍂

If you’ve been wanting a little creative time for yourself, this is your sign. 🤍

Does your caption still sound like you after you use AI? 👀

As a bilingual social media strategist and content creator, I use AI to help with spelling, grammar, and clarity. Sometimes I know exactly what I want to say I just need a little help finding the words.

Then I read it back and ask: “Would I actually say this?” 😂

That matters when I’m creating for clients, too. I want their posts to sound like them and help people get to know the person behind the business.

If you’re using AI for your own posts, start with your ideas and what you want your audience to take away. Then check the facts, change anything that doesn’t sound like you, and leave private information out.

Getting help with the words can be useful. Your voice still belongs in the story.

And AI can help with so much more than captions from organizing ideas to planning content and making everyday work a little easier. I’ll be sharing more practical ways to use it here, while keeping your voice and judgment part of the process. Follow along if you’re curious we can keep learning together.

What do you use AI for—ideas, grammar, or captions? Or are you still figuring it out?

Auburn history, a striking turret, and a little behind the scenes storytelling. 🍂🎥

Content day with Michelle from Home At Last Realty in Auburn, Maine, capturing the stonework, original woodwork, and beautiful turret that give this home so much character.

This is what I love about my work as a content strategist and creator: noticing the details that make each story special and helping my clients share them with purpose.

For this home, the character draws you in. Having Michelle tell its story helps you get to know the person behind the listing, too.

A little reminder for your own business: share what you notice, what you care about, and why you do things the way you do. Those details give people something to remember.

I didn’t plan this reel. I was looking through my camera roll and thought… these are all little pieces of me. 😂☺️

Creating for clients. Cooking. Being a mom. Enjoying a little sunshine. Different hats, same Fon.🫶🏻

As a social media strategist and content creator growing RainieSocials, this reminded me: sometimes the story is already there. You notice the connection afterward.

If you’re wondering what to post, look at the moments you already have. Choose one that helps people understand your work, your personality, or what matters to you.

What’s taking over your camera roll right now work, kids, food, or screenshots? 👀

A little quiet focus behind the scenes.
I’m listening, noticing the details, and thinking about what will help the right person connect with what we share.

That’s where content strategy starts for me: what do we want people to know, feel, or do?

Follow RainieSocials for simple content tips and a peek into my creative process.

A little BTS with Home At Last Realty 🍂🎥

Michelle cheering Crystal on behind the scenes reflects the encouragement, trust, and genuine support at the heart of their team, and the client experience they create every day.

That’s the power of intentional content: capturing the real relationships and values that help the right people connect with your brand.

Before your next post, ask: What do I want people to know, feel, or do?
