This Repair Shop was referred to me by his next door neighbor that I helped out back in February.
He hired me at the end of July to find them atleast One A level tech in the next 90 days.
We actually found him one in the first week, We made an offer to the guy but it was never accepted.
Then the owner was out of the office for the last two weeks because of a medical issue.
But we kept searching and screening for the right candidate for him.
And last week we found a great fit.
We scheduled the interview for Today
(Saturday, his day off)
But it was the only day this candidate could meet because of his current work schedule.
We’ll, they met & hit it off.
My client made the guy an offer on the spot.
He is giving his employer his 2 week notice on Monday and hopefully starts second week of July.
This position took less than 45 days to fill from start to finish.
Even In the face of a significant obstacle, We still found an A level candidate with the exact qualifications my client wanted.
We scheduled his interview for Today.
Made him him an offer.
He accepted it.
It CAN Be that simple.
So, Even with a very limited time frame for interviewing people, we still had success inside of 30 days.
