had another experience with Malden Police recently that just absolutely disgraceful.

My wife had a medical emergency and I called 911. When one of the cops (officer Kessler) showed up, he started snooping around my house and asked me about a roach in my ashtray. I told him my wife has a medical ma*****na card and I showed it to him.

Another cop told him to wait outside.

After about ten minutes of the EMT’s doing their thing. They took her to the hospital. When the ambulance was rolling my wife down the driveway into the ambulance, officer Kessler was standing outside my door and followed me done my driveway saying “I know you , your Justin Parker right “ and I said yes, then he brought up another incident I had the year prior.

After my shock wore off, I said who are you. He told me “I’m officer Kessler. Badge number # # #” and just kept walking.

Now he said this to me while there were transferring my wife into an ambulance and taking her to the hospital.

This was a life threatening emergency last August, and this officer Kessler seemed more interested in intimidating me than making sure my wife was ok.

I brought this to the attention of the chief of police as well as the mayor and I was retaliated against for it. Also I am only posting this here because deleted my review of this incident from their maps and there is no record of it anywhere & I want it documented.

Job description- Service Technician Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical problems such as engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning etc.

Proficient in Brakes, Mufflers, Tires, Exhaust, Steering & Suspension, Computer Diagnostics, Tune Ups, AC System, Coolant system flush & Scheduled Maintenance

Knowledge of Electrical Systems & Hybrid Vehicles a Plus

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.

Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.

Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

Are you shop Looking to Hire A Level Mechanics in 2024?

My name is Justin Parker & I have been helping repair shops find A Level talent for 3 years now.

In 2020 I helped one of my long-time clients find and hire an A level technician when his most senior guy retired.

That same year, we put 3 other A & B level technicians in his shop & 75% of them are still with the company today.

The first couple months I made every mistake in the book.

But, Once I figured out a solid game plan for attracting top notch technicians, I started offering the services to some of my other clients with exceptional results.

One small shop I worked with in Somerville Ma, we put two people in there this year alone.

He hired someone through me in February and another A level tech in September.

Then, this past week, he just made an offer to a L1 Master Certified Technician. If that guy accepts, that will be three hires this year alone for a small mom & pop shop.

Another client I worked with in that same area, a Chevy dealership, hired 2 people in the first two months of working with me.

Another Chevy Dealership I work with, I put 5 guys in there in 5 months.

A Chrysler Dodge store I work with hired someone in the first month working with me, he didn’t work out in month two, and in month three I replaced him with two technicians. One was a L1 Master Technician.

I have countless examples of independent shops and dealerships that I worked with this year (my first full year ever opening this offer up to people I don’t already work with) and we have been successful with each and every single client I took on this year hiring a minimum of 1 person at least..

I have over 1,100 resumes of technicians from Quincy Ma to Salem New Hampshire that are all qualified and that I personally have spoken with or who have interviewed for me at another location.

Went to today when I was in and got 4 sandwich’s. $100 bucks even and worth every penny.

The biggest and best sandwich shop menu you will ever see.

Imagine like a dope but in the heart of Boston.

I can’t believe I never been here before. They were my fathers client for years when we owned ISawYourMenu and I just never went there for some reason. Probably because the parking is a nightmare, but they do curbside now. I suggest that.

Anyway, I highly recommend them if you are ever in downtown Boston, but if you get the sandwiches to go.. Do Not Get Them Grilled. Rookie mistake. I know. But it was still delicious.
