Today was the definition of a perfect kind of day ☕💻🌴

Started my morning at Pedalers Fork in Old Town Calabasas and instantly got that productive remote-work energy the second I walked in. Laptop Brunchers everywhere, the smell of insanely good coffee in the air, and that creative hustle vibe that just makes you want to lock in and build something big. 🚴‍♂️⚡

And let’s talk about the coffee… their 10 Speed Coffee is literally roasted right above the café 🤯☕ The large americano has SIX shots of espresso… absolute rocket fuel for entrepreneurs and digital nomads 😂🔥

The breakfast sandwiches? Gourmet.
The tater tots + 4 dipping sauces? Elite.
The vibe? 10/10.

Then I rolled into phase two of the day for my lunch Laptop Brunch at Porta Via Calabasas 🌿🍸

Walking in there feels like teleporting into a little European vacation. Ponds, waterfalls, beautiful ambiance… instantly puts you into this high-energy but chilax flow state. Perfect place to keep pushing forward on work while actually enjoying life at the same time.

Huge shoutout to Alyssa, the manager, for being awesome and making the experience even better 🙌 And the “Smoke Show” cocktail? Yeah… dangerously good 😂🔥

This is exactly why I’m so excited about what we’re building with Laptop Brunch — an app + social platform for the work remote generation to discover incredible places to work, connect, eat, create, and actually enjoy the workday again.

At the same time, helping restaurants nationwide turn slower Mon–Fri breakfast + lunch hours into thriving communities full of energy, productivity, and new customers.

A true win/win. The future of work remote is social. 🌎💻🍳

We had the chance to visit WeVino, and it’s truly something special. 🍷✨ A stunning wine destination paired with incredible Italian cuisine, this place is on another level. Their Enomatic wine system features 112 wines—easily one of the most extensive selections in Conejo Valley (and maybe all of LA)—with the ability to taste in oz pours preserving the freshness of the moment the wine was made, making every visit an experience in discovery.

Beyond the wine, the space itself is breathtaking. From the gorgeous bar to the thoughtful architecture, every detail—from the lighting to the furniture to the overall ambiance—is dialed in and unforgettable. It’s not just dinner… it’s a destination.

We were honored to spend time with the owner and management team, getting to know the people behind it all, and we’re excited to continue building that relationship. Can’t wait to be back. 🍝🥂

Last Thursday at Los Compadres in Norwalk was the kind of shoot that reminds you why you love restaurant marketing in the first place. 🔥

Incredible energy from our influencer models, nonstop collaboration with Janette (absolute rockstar Director of Operations), and a staff that showed up with so much pride and passion—it all just clicked. And then… the food.

Let’s just say we didn’t hold back. 🌮
Plate after plate of bold, authentic Mexican flavors—every bite better than the last. It was overwhelming in the best way possible. Pure sensory overload… color, texture, spice, soul. This is what great restaurant photography is all about—capturing not just how it looks, but how it feels.
