Cadient, a Cognizant Company is looking for a social SME to join the team on-site in Malvern, PA.
The right candidate will have broad social media experience, including scheduling/posting/monitoring organic posts as well as creating and executing paid campaigns. At the highest level, top candidates are those who can see and advise how the broad social media strategy fits in with the client's overall digital strategy and make recommendations for successful outcomes.
Health care and Pharma experience are a major plus, but not strictly required. Broader digital experience/capabilities (lead gen, email, web, design) are also strongly considered.
Responsibilities will include working with client engagement teams in the Malvern studio and across Cognizant in developing and executing social media strategies and plans that align with brand strategies defined by Commercial Strategy & Innovation Directors. He/she will also provide social media trends, opportunities and best practices for the Commercial Strategy and Innovation group to use in supporting engagements across Cognizant Interactive.
He/she will need to understand client business problems and opportunities, and the overall strategies that department strategists are developing to address those business problems. Social media strategies will need to integrate with the overall strategy to deliver strong integrated digital marketing programs.
