the Hudson Valley, as she has helped thousands of women to be more accepting of their bodies by choosing a wardrobe designed to highlight their best features. As a pioneer and innovator, she was among the first to promote and support the market for plus-sized apparel for women. Tonia founded Beauti-full Boutiques, a chain of retail specialty stores in Westchester County, offering stylish clothing for this growing market. She also owned and operated Allure Dress Shop, an upscale women’s specialty store. As an expert in fashion and styling, Tonia has been a featured motivational speaker at prominent business organizations, including Health Quest, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, IBM and the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce. HELLO! It's that time of year again, my third annual coat drive for the ladies of Tillary Shelter! Last year we accepted all donations, however due to the generosity of SO many, we are really filled to capacity with most general clothing items.
