💻 "Rooted in people, grown by ownership." That was the launching point for the Carthage Holdings logo. Located in Cedar Falls, Iowa and founded in 2024 from software engineering company DISTek Integration, Inc, Carthage Holdings is a 100% employee-owned ESOP holding company. Their portfolio includes a wide range of business sectors, including agriculture, construction, and mobile application development. The team had two requests for the logo shape: implement a tree and people. Both were accomplished within the final design: A ‘C’ for Carthage and circuit board shapes create a tree icon. The trunk and branches, formed by the circuit shapes, can also be seen as abstract people. Thank you Carthage Holdings for choosing me as your branding partner! 🌽 Earlier this summer I had the opportunity to refresh the logo for the Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois chapter of the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA): Cornbelt NAMA! The National Agri-Marketing Association provides development and networking events for professionals in the agri-marketing industry. A strong font, earthy color palette and single icon within the logo achieve the clean and professional look the chapter was looking for. Thanks to my contract partner, Roan Marketing, for bringing me in on this logo refresh!

🐂 For over 50 years, Nelson Tubs, a Midwest third-generation family-owned feed manufacturing business, has been serving the ag community with customized feed products. Through my contract partner, Pannell Enterprises, I was tasked with refreshing some of their marketing materials. Here is a look at how the roll-up banners and store shelf talker turned out. 🌻 Fresh, fun, and simple was the goal in this recent brand refresh for Seed Ventures! The Midwest seed company specializes in sunflower seeds for commercial and food plot production. On behalf of my contract partner, Pannell Enterprises, I was given the opportunity to re-imagine their logo and create supporting marketing materials. The new brand elements provide a strong foundation to build off of as the company evolves!

🔧I had a lot of fun bringing this brand to life for a special client, my husband Neil! With 25 years of experience, he was ready to re-name and create a professional identity for his ag repair, classic auto repair, and fabrication business. The new logo for the refreshed name, Heartland Repair LLC, was inspired by vintage signage.
