Sometimes, the best strategy session is at the ballpark. ⚾️☀️
Our Mavericks Marketing team took a break from campaigns and KPIs to enjoy some sunshine, camaraderie, and a Colorado Rockies game at Coors Field.

Yesterday, we traded laptops for hot dogs and emails for outfield views as the Rockies took on the Dodgers. Days like these remind us that great teamwork happens both inside and outside the office.

According to a new report by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), nearly 23% of programmatic advertising spending, equivalent to $20 billion, is wasted on "suspect inventory."

This refers to ad placements on "made for advertising" websites that lure readers with clickbait content. The report warns that advertisers who prioritize cheap CPMs may face issues related to ad quality, fraud, viewability, and brand safety.

The ANA advises advertisers to take more responsibility for their media buys, request direct access to programmatic advertising data, and strike a balance between price and inventory quality.
