On Oct. 16, our Social Media/PR Director, Xerraphim Indira, attended PRDecoded 2025 in Chicago. She was one of the few students selected and sponsored by the MSLearning Track to attend the conference.
With this year’s theme, Navigating Uncertainty, the event provided valuable insights into working in an ever-changing professional environment. Here are some key takeaways:
• Be passionate on the work you do and use it to work upwards.
• Brand trust works both ways - brand and consumers must work together, listen and understand your consumers.
• Do not make assumptions, check on your data, do your research, and build an agenda from it.
• Be authentic to yourself, the audience, and brand.
• Have an open mind, being part of diversity will help you learn different perspectives.
