Some of our team members recently had the opportunity to attend a seminar led by speaker and author Damon West, where they learned about the powerful "Coffee Bean" philosophy - choosing to transform challenging circumstances rather than being changed by them. Following the presentation, they also enjoyed a tour of The Ohio State Reformatory , exploring its rich history and iconic grounds.
