Nick Lapp is a Marine and lifelong competitor who thrives on the pursuit of the next challenge.

After six years in the Marine Corps infantry — including two combat deployments and a third to Japan — Nick transitioned out of the military carrying with him grit, precision, and a relentless problem-solving mindset.

In 2015, he launched his first merchandising business. What started small, quickly grew. Through hard work and authentic networking, one opportunity led to the next.

By 2018, Nick began collaborating with professional athletes — and has since partnered with more than 40 athletes to build impactful charity golf tournaments and events.

What others see as “just numbers,” Nick sees as meaningful causes. Each event represents lives touched, communities supported, and purpose in action.

Beyond business, Nick is:
• A proud father of four and a bonus dad to two
• Married to his best friend
