NEW BRAND DROP
Just wrapped up this full brand system for Co****le In The Pines out of Munds Park, AZ. From tees and hats to stickers and merch, this project was built to capture that Northern Arizona outdoor lifestyle and co****le culture.

Thank you Jeremy Youngquist for trusting me with this project. Much success to you in the future.

Northern Arizona vibes only.
Took the new Co****le In The Pines branding and brought it to life on apparel. Wanted this merch to feel rugged, outdoorsy, and perfect for tournament weekends in the pines.

Definitely one of my favorite recent projects.

Thank you Jeremy Youngquist for trusting me with this project. Much success to you in the future.

One of my favorite parts of branding is throwing out as many ideas as possible before narrowing in on a final direction. Sometimes the strongest concepts come from unexpected sketches, experiments, or even ideas that almost didn’t make the cut.

Branding isn’t about creating one logo. It’s about building a full visual system that feels unique, memorable, and connected to the experience. Especially in the casino and entertainment world where every detail matters.

A few more concept explorations from the vault.

Working on brand concepts for Gila River Resorts & Casinos is one of the most challenging and fulfilling parts of being a designer. A lot of people only see the final logo, but the real magic happens in the exploration phase.

Some marks work. Some completely miss. But every direction helps shape the final identity and pushes the brand closer to something memorable. Designing is all about testing ideas, narrowing the vision, and building a mark with purpose.

Here’s a small sneak peek into the process behind the process.

Excited to share my contribution to the Logo Archive Pack by and .now

I’m Nicolas Navarrette, an Arizona-based designer who genuinely loves branding and logo design. Seeing ideas come to life through identity design is one of the most rewarding parts of being a creative. After 16 years in the industry, I’m still grateful to do what I love every day.

Probably one of my favorite Oasis pieces I’ve designed. ♠️🌴

This custom blackjack table was created to bring the Oasis visual identity directly into the guest experience and transform a traditional gaming table into something immersive and unexpected.

Seeing it poolside with the stage lighting and energy of the event made the entire piece come to life.

Experiential design will always be one of my favorite parts of branding.

One thing I’ve always loved about Oasis is building a visual system that can live everywhere.

From billboards and social media to digital screens and event signage, every piece was designed to feel bold, immersive, and instantly recognizable.

This is the kind of work I love most:Building an experience — not just graphics. 🌊

Seeing Oasis Pool Party take over billboards across Phoenix never gets old. 🌴⚡️

This year I had the opportunity to design OOH campaign pieces for Oasis Pool Party alongside Relentless Beats and Gila River Resorts & Casinos.

Creating large-scale work like this is always exciting because it’s about more than just design — it’s about building hype and creating a feeling before guests even arrive.

Proud to continue contributing to a brand and experience that has grown bigger every single year.

A couple years ago I started drawing some of my favorite toys growing up, and one that instantly came to mind was the TMNT Sewer Sports All-Stars Slam Dunkin’ Don figure. Basketball, cartoons, and pop culture all mashed into one toy was basically my childhood.

I wanted to reimagine that nostalgia through my own style and turn it into something collectible. Seeing this character mocked up as a sticker pack honestly feels like bringing that childhood inspiration full circle.

This one might be my favorite.

After creating this character, I wanted to see what it would look like larger than life. So I mocked the illustration onto an outdoor basketball court inspired by west coast streetball culture.

The goal was to blend nostalgia, sports, and streetwear energy into one design. Toys like the TMNT Sewer Sports line made sports feel larger than life as a kid, and this was my way of bringing that same feeling into a real-world environment.
