A client recently needed 1,000 event T-shirts.
At first, it sounded like a larger version of any other order.
It wasn't.
Before we got started, we asked if they'd ever handled an order that size before.
They hadn't.
That's when we explained something many people don't realize:
A thousand shirts isn't just ten times more than a hundred.
It's ten times more opportunities for small inconsistencies to become big problems.
So we treated the order like a controlled process.
Regular quality checks.
Sample pulls throughout production.
Careful monitoring from the first shirt to the last.
Because when your event depends on 1,000 shirts, consistency isn't optional.
