Celeste’s inbox is now open for customized cartoon portraits of your furry friends or loved ones!

For $40 she will draw a portrait of one person or animal (from the shoulders up).

You will receive the portrait as a high quality image file that you can post, print, or frame. However, PORTRAITS WILL BE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY (no using it as a logo or selling it for profit). Tandem will also retain the right to post images of the portrait on our page.

You’ll also have the option to add prints of your portrait in the following formats.

Add ons:
+ $10 - 8x10 signed print
+ $10 - Five (5) 3” die cut stickers
+ $15 - 11x14 signed print
*Tax may be added depending on your location, but shipping will be included!

🎄For a limited number of early takers, Celeste should be able to complete some portraits prior to Christmas. DM us ASAP if you’re interested in doing this a Christmas gift. 🎄

Payment is taken in advance and your order will be processed through our website. Visit tandemartstudio.com/comicportraits (link in our bio, too) to place your order.

Now that all of the business is out of the way…

Once you’ve placed your order, DM us a picture(s) of the person or pet whose portrait you would like drawn. Make sure the pictures focus on their head and face. (Celeste can help you select the best one if you are struggling to pick!) Celeste will check in after the initial inking is done and then once the portrait is completed.

Day 15 of - “Stranger.” You can file our love story under strangers to lovers :)

Meanwhile, Peter’s drawing for today has me singing “Masquerade.” He’s done all the work to get caught up , so go check those out if you’re interested!

Day 8 of was “cabin.” Between the two of us, we’ve got the interior and exterior.

I decided to skip yesterday’s prompt so I could get back on track, but Peter still did his! You can find it over on his personal page.

Got a little behind yesterday and had to finish up day 6 this afternoon. Yesterday’s prompt was “county fair” which meant it was a good excuse to draw a little piggy!

On slide 2 we have Peter’s piece which introduces something scary to a space that should be a fun.

Now to see if we can get day 7 done in time!

Day three’s prompt was “the dark.” Judy seemed like a very fitting subject for Celeste’s piece on slide 1. On slide 2, Peter inverts the idea of a flashlight.

day 4 is “mist.” I chose to take it in a less spooky direction, and instead focus on a little river scene 🧡 Meanwhile, Peter chose to create the mist-ical man on slide 2. 😂

Day 3 of is “mad house.” We weren’t really digging the idea of creating art based on harmful tropes, so we tried to put our own spin on it.

Slide one is Celeste’s “Monster House” while slide two is Peter’s take on the Hell House from Final Fantasy VII.

Peter convinced me to give a try as we continue working on Tandem season 3. Here are our versions of the day one prompt “owl.”

Here are the parameters that we are using for this project:
-We’ll only use the brushes provided by Retro Supply Co. to complete the design.
-We will only use four colors - orange, yellow, black, white - which are a selection from our upcoming season 3 color palette. 🧡💛🖤🤍

The first slide is my (Celeste) Eastern Screech Owl and the second slide is Peter’s Barred Owl (which can also be found on his personal Instagram). Enjoy!
