There isn’t really a more powerful focus on a Monday!
💫It has been a coffee at 8am, breakfast at 11am, and lunch at 2pm head down kind of day.
💫Crossing things off the list, re-arranging the list, and adding to the list kind of day.
💫Quiet house kind of day.
💫A pivot kind of day when I realized it was noon and I had planned on posting stories.
💫Admin kind of day full of financial spreadsheets, invoices, customer service online chats, emails, and reports.
Marketing is a lot like how we handle a day. You imagine or dream up one way but the reality of it lands somewhere else. If you know your core objective, it really doesn’t matter how much the idea and end product differ. When you know your brand message, the piece is more important than the process to get there.
Last week I didn’t know I would be working from the kitchen table today, but my brand message is always about making marketing easier for YOU to do. Adding brick by brick until it’s all built. Don’t stress yourself out on the journey. Find a way to communicate that connects with your audience in a way that is natural for you.
