The Dimensional Group is a custom vinyl manufacturer located in Mason City, IA. We are looking for an individual who is both self-motivated and a team player to join our office team.

Office hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.
$1500.00 Retention Bonus in the first year!! $250.00 at 30 days, $250.00 at 90 days, $500.00 at 6 months and $500 at your one-year anniversary.

General office duties including but not limited to:

Answering a Multi-line Telephone System

Entering information on company-wide calendar

Filing

Scanning

Copying

Pulling and shipping samples

Releasing Stock Product

Data entry

Skills and Qualifications include:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Attention to detail

Organized

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic bookkeeping experience helpful but not required

Maintain regular and consistent attendance

Position has the potential to grow with additional responsibilities such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and customer service.

Pre-employment drug screen is required.
