Twenty-three years ago today, I took a leap and started Winged Design with a simple goal: help small businesses take flight.

What began as a small idea has grown into years of partnerships with incredible entrepreneurs, organizations, and dreamers who trusted me with their brands, their stories, and their growth. I’m endlessly grateful for the clients, collaborators, and friends who have been part of this journey.

Running your own business isn’t always easy, but it’s deeply meaningful work. I still feel inspired every time I get to help a new idea come to life.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Winged Design over the past 23 years. I’m excited for what’s still ahead!

Winged Design is celebrating 15 years! Woot!

Hard to believe 15 years ago I took the leap of opening my own business. I had the support of several key influential people including my mentor Sherwood McBroom Jr who encouraged me to "jump" and my first official client and biggest cheerleader Sherri Tunison Koback.

I'm thankful I get to LOVE what I do every day and have a hard time calling it a job. I'm thankful of the powerhouse team of people I work with Nicki Mcleod Angela Gast Mike Zapiecki Heather Umbaugh. And when you love what you do, you attract clients who love what they do -- and happen to be some of the most inspiring and influential people I know.
