ATTENTION: Digital Fingerprint Background Check Applicants

Please schedule your appointment online at www.identogo.com. You can also refer to your pistol permit course instructions or your employer for guidance on how to schedule your appointment. They will provide the specific service code needed for your background check.

As per our agreement with Identogo, we are not authorized to advise applicants on which background check to select, nor are we able to schedule appointments on your behalf.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Identogo directly at 1-844-321-2124. Their trained customer service representatives are available to assist you both before and after your appointment.

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for your ongoing support of QPS. As the sole operator, I’ve made the difficult decision to permanently adjust our hours to ensure the business remains viable. Effective immediately, QPS will be open for printing and shipping services from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We also partner with Identogo for digital fingerprinting, with current hours of 3:20 PM to 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, reserved exclusively for customers with Identogo appointments. We kindly request that only those with scheduled appointments visit during these times.

Please note, there might be some unexpected closures when life throws curveballs my way. I work full time outside of QPS and have to prioritize my job at a moment’s notice. A sudden schedule change is not ideal, and I know it can be a pain—I’ve heard numerous grumbles about it. I get the frustration, believe me, but I’m asking for a little patience and kindness. I’m juggling everything solo to keep this place alive, and I appreciate your understanding.

For the most up-to-date schedule, please check the notice posted on the front door. Additionally, I am open to selling the business. If you are interested, please contact me directly for details at [email protected] with your inquiry.
