We know agents already have enough upfront expenses when bringing a listing to market. Pay at Close will give you the flexibility to get your listing professionally marketed now and handle payment when the transaction closes.

🎨 THE LISTED LENS COMMUNITY T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST 📸

We want YOU to design our next shirt!

We’re working on something we’d love to turn into a tradition once or twice every year—giving local artists, students, kids, and creative minds a chance to put their talent on display and design an official The Listed Lens T-shirt.

The winning designer will receive 10% of the sales from their shirt!

We’re considering separate age divisions so everyone gets a fair shot:
• Youth – 12 & under
• Teen – 13–17
• Adult – 18+

✏️ And there’s one important rule: NO AI-GENERATED ARTWORK.

The entire purpose of this contest is to give real creative minds in our community a chance to show us what they can do. Digital artwork is absolutely welcome, but the design needs to be your own original work, created by you.

Draw it. Paint it. Sketch it. Design it digitally. Get weird with it. We want to see your creativity.

Finalists will be featured on our social media, and the community will get to help choose the winning design.

The winner’s artwork will become an official limited-edition The Listed Lens shirt, with the artist receiving recognition and 10% of shirt sales.

This is why we do what we do. 📸🏡

Real estate photography is more than taking photos to help sell a home. Sometimes we’re capturing a place where someone has spent 18 years making memories.

Getting a message like this from the homeowner means a lot. Our goal at The Listed Lens is to showcase every property at its absolute best while creating something the owners can be proud to look back on.
