Marketing Journal:

I started a page called RGV Pick Up Soccer

The trendsetters of marketing say that in order to really grow you must showcase what you love.

My goal is to grow my branding in order to help as many people as possible with my vacation home rental Mi Casita McAllen

one thing I love is futbol (or soccer). I started promoting the fact that people play pick up games in Pharr. And the audience is mostly men aged 25-35 that have a busy lifestyle because of work and family and school.

So I have been promoting these pick up soccer games, (mostly on tik tok, which is where I have the most success) and I recently was able to reach 1000 followers and now I’m able to place this link in the bio of the profile:

and well im going to be including it from now on in the tik tok bio because since my audience is men who travel out of town for work, there will be moments I’m sure where their coworkers that are more north of the rio grande valley will want to come down here in the rgv.

And if that occurs then they will need a place to stay.

Sometimes the best gift you can give someone isn’t something you buy — it’s the memories people share about you.

For his birthday, Francisco Crisanto had a really meaningful idea. He asked the people in his life to record short videos answering questions about him — sharing stories, memories, and what he means to them. My role was simply to bring all those voices and photos together into one film.

As I was editing, I couldn’t help but smile hearing the different perspectives from friends and loved ones. It’s a reminder of how much impact one person can have on the people around them.

Francisco, thank you for trusting me with something this personal. It was an honor to help tell a small part of your story. Happy Birthday, my friend. 🎉
