🤝At GiGi's, we build bonds!​

Joe, a volunteer and tutor at GiGi's Playhouse Canton and Mhani, a participant in our 1:1 Literacy Tutoring Program have a special bond.​

Joe's tutored Mhani for more than two years!​

And in that time, Mhani's made remarkable progress. She's gained confidence, improved at sounding out words, and better understands the material she reads.​

And she's done it with the help of Joe!​

Aliza, a participant at GiGi's Playhouse Atlanta received her first paycheck from her job at Publix a couple months ago!​

Yvette, Aliza's mom, shared that Aliza was so excited to receive the check and earn money from her own hard work! ​

At GiGi's Playhouse, our FREE career training programs help our adult participant gain the skills and expertise they need to get fulfilling jobs! ​

Our 1:1 tutors change lives!​

However, across our nationwide network this fall almost 600 participants did NOT have a tutor despite needing one.​
..But YOU can change this!​

For as LITTLE as an hour a week (online or in-person), you can volunteer and help individuals with Down syndrome learn, grow, and have the confidence to be successful in school and in life!​
