You don't have to be funny...

You like the funny Instagram posts. That's who you follow. And that's what entertains you.

So, then you start to think...I can't post anything because I'm not funny. Nobody wants to see what I have to say, or what I think.

That's the type of self-talk we have that stops us from posting. I've been there, done that. For a long time, I wouldn't post because "I'm not interesting".

I'm here to tell you that...if you have friends, you are interesting. If you have a passion about your business, it's worth sharing. Whether you're funny or not, you are interesting. People like you and they want to hear what you have to say.

Don't be shy. Get out there, and be you!

Do Facebook ads really work?

To answer this, let me just tell you what I've experienced as a consumer... Just recently even.

I have seen this one ad pop up over the last few months. Here's my progression:
1. I started out ignoring it.
2. Then I wondered a little about it.
3. Then I had a problem and thought "I've seen something that might help..."
4. I looked at the comments on the ad the next time I saw it.
5. I went to the company website (I hate clicking links because I don't want them to know the ad worked 😂)
6. I clicked the ad to see what the offer was
7. I went back to the company website
8. I looked on Amazon
9...I bought the product from the company directly (the price was better than Amazon)

I'm going to guess that I'm not the only one who goes through this same thought process when they see ads.

So, I ask you back...do Facebook ads work?
